Oscar sets up his projector inside Hooper's Store, charging admission to Luis, Susan, Maria and David (the money is going towards a grouch's Poison Ivy League college fund). Oscar's film begins with him roaring (a la the MGM lion. His visual narrative follows a tin can's trip from the ground to a garbage truck to the city dump, and the various goings-on at the dump. Everyone wonders where the film clips of them are, and he reveals that he used all the film up at the dump. A man jumps up onto an UP.
